Calandra Cruickshank is the founder and CEO of StateBook International, a patented, digital location intelligence platform that provides strategic economic insights powered by data science to inform the optimal locations for real estate investment.
In this dynamic role, she supports companies expanding and relocating with data-driven risk analysis, labor assessments, and more, and works with development funds to determine which markets indicate the best opportunities for investment.
Passionate about data, Calandra also advises proptech, fintech and govtech firms on how normalized public and private data can be integrated into their own platforms and applications to derive deeper and more meaningful data insights for their customers.
Calandra serves on the Advisory Board for Women in PropTech in New York City, advocating for increased adoption of innovative and disruptive technologies in real estate.
She is dedicated to promoting thought leadership, tackling diversity, and empowering women in the industry. Calandra is a frequent speaker at industry events and serves on committees for CoreNet and IAMC and is actively involved in several other industry groups. She previously served on the Board of Directors for the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
Calandra is a member of CoreNet, IAMC, SIOR and served on the Board of Directors for the International Economic Development Council. She also is a member of the University Economic Development Association, the Utility Economic Development Association, and several other regional industry organizations.
Calandra graduated with a BS in journalism from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She now spends her time between Manhattan and the Catskill Mountains in NY.
