Daniel J. Evon is VP/GM of PK Retail Holdings (AKA PK Markets), an international grocer and restauranteur worth $28 billion.  Dan is responsible for the company's first U.S. outpost in downtown Los Angeles that will double down on the guest experience by combining retail and casual dining in an environment that will compete directly with Whole Foods Market.  

PK Markets will be differentiated by their international offering and thoughtful retail product (think a six-pack of bananas of varying ripeness enabling consumers to eat an optimally ripe banana on consecutive days).  The pilot store located at 7th & Olive in downtown Los Angeles will open within the year.

Prior, Dan was President of Love | Serve | Remember | Restaurants whose portfolio included the trendy and organic/sustainable offerings of Cafe Gratitude, Gracias Madres and Gratitude Kitchen Bar in California.  The portfolio included 7 restaurants, 3 concepts and annual revenues of $50 million.

Earlier in his career, Dan was a long-standing Managing Partner at Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises, responsible for overseeing 10 restaurants in 4 states that produced over $77 million annually. He oversaw all aspects of restaurant operations, concept creation and development, finance, HR, marketing, legal and compliance.

Dan has been a leader on every team he has been apart of over the years and prides himself on developing the people around him. The goal is to create opportunities for the people that are working together on each brand and project at hand.
