Ed Shaw is a creative genius in his craft of video production/motion graphics and there is no doubt why world famous electronic music artists rely on him for memorable and immersive fan experiences.
Ed started Vjing in 2002 for Godskitchen Nightclub in Birmingham UK. In 2008, he joined NEICO - a "collective" of visual artists. He began touring to over 50 countries worldwide and worked alongside the world's best in electronic music.
In 2010, Ed became Managing Director and owner of NEICO, where his role today includes creative direction of projects for a multitude of artists, brands, corporate clients, multimillion-dollar nightclubs, and some of the most renown music festivals around the world.
When he was approached by Hakkasan Group in 2013 to move to Las Vegas and accept the role of Director of Video Production, he jumped at the chance. This gave Shaw the opportunity to be a crucial part in opening industry leading venues such as Hakkasan, OMNIA and Jewel Nightclubs, and international venues including OMNIA Bali & OMNIA Los Cabos.
In 2017, he left Hakkasan Group to re-focus on running NEICO and to push the company to new heights. Most recently Shaw created SPLNTR; a live interactive video experience designed as an outlet for video artists, software developers and hardware manufactures to showcase themselves under one roof.
