Sophie is a pioneer in the experiential production world, working at the forefront of the advertising industry for the past twenty years. 

Co-Founder of Do Not Disturb, she transforms strategic plans into relevant experiential ecosystems. Her goal is to inspire emotional connections, energize conversations and create memorable experiences. The videos, photos and stories that are generated from people’s experiences fuel the social and PR platforms.

As well, Sophie is the Founder of Read Glam and Shine, a book club designed to encourage women entrepreneurs and leaders cultivate consistent reading habits.

Her brand experience includes working with Caesars Palace, Cirque du Soleil, Red Bull, Qualcomm, International Paper and Volkswagen. On the agency side, she partnered with Crispin Porter + Bogusky, BBDO, Sid Lee and TAXI.
